Job Description
- User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights. - Information Architecture:
Create user flows and sitemaps for intuitive navigation. - Wireframing & Prototyping:
Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD. - Visual Design:
Create visually appealing interfaces adhering to brand guidelines. - Collaboration & UI Development:
Partner with developers for UI implementation and feasibility. - Usability Testing & Iteration:
Conduct tests, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly. - Communication & Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams; communicate design concepts effectively. - Industry Trends & Learning:
Stay updated with UI/UX trends and enhance skills continuously.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in UI/UX design; Mandarin proficiency required. - Design Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
Strong understanding of design principles and web tools. - UI/UX Expertise:
Knowledgeable in UCD processes and accessibility standards.
Competence in creating user flows and information architecture. - Front-End Development:
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts. - Portfolio:
A well-curated portfolio showcasing your web design projects, demonstrating your skills in UI/UX for web interfaces.
The portfolio should include examples of wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and any relevant case studies specifically related to web design.
