Job Description
Junior Executive
- Coordinate with management to support the development, management, and execution of strategic plans, agendas, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships, providing support to senior executives.
- Review document terms and support in coordinating with legal counsel and company executives for contract execution.
- Conduct research on current market trends to gather useful information that can contribute to revenue growth.
- Contribute to presentations given to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Assist in identifying and adding qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
- Support in tracking and reporting on the status of proposal components.
- Assist in preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support in various business development activities.
- Continuously learn and enhance business development skills under the guidance of senior executives.
- Undertake assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by senior executives.
Senior Executive
- Coordinate with management to develop, manage, and execute strategic plans, agendas, meetings, and appointments.
- Take a lead role in developing and maintaining client relationships, including key accounts.
- Review document terms, coordinate with legal counsel, and communicate with company executives to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Conduct comprehensive research and review current market trends to gather valuable information that can improve revenue margins.
- Deliver impaciul presentations to prospective clients and internal executives, showcasing the company’s products/services and value proposition.
- Identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline, using strategic approaches and networking.
- Track, analyse, and report on the status of proposal components, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior business development executives.
- Actively contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Sales experience in the IT or professional consulting field will be added advantage
- Presentable
- Preferably have own transport
