Job Description
- Calculate and process payroll for overseas employees, taking into account multiple currencies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws in relevant countries.
- Manage currency exchange processes for accurate payroll calculations.
- Stay updated on currency exchange rates and financial regulations.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to stay abreast of changes.
- Maintain accurate records of international employee payroll data.
- Generate reports for auditing, analysis, and compliance purposes.
- Administer international employee benefits, including deductions and contributions.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries from overseas employees.
- Provide timely and accurate information.
- Process payroll for new hires in different countries.
- Ensure accurate termination payments in compliance with local regulations.
- Update and maintain the payroll system with international employee changes and adjustments.
- Verify the accuracy of data input.
- Communicate payroll-related information to overseas employees.
- Collaborate with HR teams in different regions for seamless payroll operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive, with a focus on international payroll processing.
- Familiarity with international payroll software and systems.
- Strong understanding of currency exchange processes and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate international payroll processing.
- Effective communication skills to interact with overseas employees and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex international payroll-related issues.
- Maintain the confidentiality of international payroll information.
