Job Description
- Administrative Support:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. - Communication Skills:
Facilitating effective communication between the Director and various internal and external stakeholders. - Travel Readiness:
Willingness to travel overseas as required, ensuring seamless coordination and logistical arrangements during trips. - Representation:
Serving as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional and presentable appearance while interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. - Social Aptitude:
Demonstrating excellent social skills to engage and interact with diverse individuals across various levels, fostering positive relationships and representing the company’s ethos effectively. - Adaptability and Discretion:
Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Mandarin and English. Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous.

- Prior experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous.
